Medtech & Diagnostics grants
Non-dilutive capital for devices, diagnostics and digital health
Device and diagnostic companies burn capital long before revenue, which makes grant funding the most efficient money on the table. Innovate UK, NIHR and Horizon Europe's Health cluster all fund medtech, but each rewards a different story. Clinical need, technical novelty, or NHS operational relevance, choosing the wrong route costs a year.
