Accelerate diagnostic innovations that enable the earlier detection and diagnosis of cancer. Support the clinical validation and evaluation of innovative diagnostic technologies and devices. Generate robust evidence supporting: Clinical effectiveness and safety. Regulatory approval. Health economic benefits. Future NHS adoption. Projects addressing less common cancers are particularly encouraged. These are cancers outside breast, prostate, lung and bowel cancer, although rare forms of these four cancers can qualify.
